Ordered a "guaranteed delivery before Christmas" gift for my son on 12/7/16. Even paid the extra $50 for express processing to ensure it's arrival a few days earlier so I had time to get it together.
Contacted the shipping company on 12/20 and was told that the truck was not due to arrive until 12/24 and that they would not be delivering it to me until 12/28. Needless to say I was more than upset to have to give my 11 year old a picture of his Christmas gift on Christmas morning. When it did arrive the upgraded battery that I paid for was not there and the quality of this unit overall is very poor. I have tried to contact this company over 10 times in the last two weeks and have not received a call or email back.
Their customer service is horrible.
I know you get what you pay for but this unit should be made better. Just hope it lasts a few months at least.
